Le Chocolat imports its raw material from several European suppliers in order to produce unique and tasty chocolate pralines in a variety of shapes.
Current factory is located in Aweer, however BPC is currently developing a new factory in Dubai Investment Park. Le Chocolat is expected to move to the new premises by August 2016. The new factory will have production area of 3000sqm in addition to 1000sqm of warehousing facility.

Our chocolates are produced on automated production lines (two production lines for chocolates and one date production line) or handcrafted by our Chefs’, according to our customers’ requirements.
The chocolate wrapping process is either automated or manual, depending on the product type. Manual wrapping is done by specialized trained staff that have been working with Le Chocolat for many years.
Our factory is ISO 22000 and HACCP certified*. We accommodate yearly audits from our major clients, such as Emirates and Costa, with success.
We are registered with FDA so our products can be exported to USA market.
